Lauren is an NASM-Certified Personal Trainer offering effective, one-on-one and small group training in the convenience of her clients' own homes. Lauren also offers online personal training for those with a busy, uncertain schedule. Lauren works with her clients to design
personalized workouts that meet clients' desired health and fitness
goals. No gym membership or equipment is required for in-home
training. Lauren brings everything that is needed for fun and
effective workouts! Lauren utilizes her experiences as a lifelong
athlete and her knowledge as a certified personal trainer to help
clients realize their goals and achieve measurable results.
Lauren's Approach to Personal Training
Lauren uses NASM's prioprietary, Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model to design comprehensive, whole body workouts composed of stretching, cardio, core training, balance training, speed and agility, and resistance training. The OPT model utilizes scieintific, evidence-based principles to produce consistent results. The OPT model has helped countless clients reduce their body fat, increase lean muscle mass and strength, and improve overall health and performance.
What to Expect from In-Home Personal Training
Training with Lauren begins with a 30-minute consultation to discuss fitness goals, general health questions and the basics of personal training. A free 60-minute workout will be scheduled during the consultation to introduce the client to the basics of personal training and to begin building a friendship. During the first training session, Lauren will lead the client through a total-body workout and teach the client how to complete each exercise and stretch safely and effectively. Lauren will encourage and support the client throughout each workout and the entire training program.
